EventMorph is an app for running events in India: tickets, guests, vendors, venues, check-in and payments. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the EventMorph app and eventmorph.com.
What we collect

Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. We receive the payment status and a reference.
Who we share with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: the organizer, venue or vendor of an event you book (your name and ticket details); our payment partner (Cashfree); identity verification partners (DigiLocker via API Setu); cloud hosting, storage and messaging providers that run EventMorph for us; and authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile and personal details. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for the period the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive identity numbers are stored masked or hashed. Access is limited to people who need it.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile, change who sees it, turn off notifications and revoke camera, location or contacts permission in your phone settings at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Delete your account in the app under Settings, or email us.
Children
EventMorph is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and tell you in the app for material changes.
